Qualifications & experience
A history of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the disability support sector.
Very Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills, combined with the ability to spot and seize new business opportunities.
Deep understanding of the disability support landscape, including regulatory requirements and funding mechanisms.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to varied audiences.
A demonstrated ability to forge lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analytical prowess, leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
Develop business within the SIL, SDA & community space. You must have an extensive referral network already and work within an established KPI framework.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, and community organizations.
Lead the charge in market research, networking, and relationship building to uncover new business avenues.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies and community organisations.
Drive revenue growth, hitting and exceeding targets through new initiatives.
Champion our expansion into new markets and service lines, contributing to increased market share and partnership development.
Serve as the initial point of contact for potential NDIS or disability clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to Embrace.
Craft proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and represent our company at industry events to elevate our brand presence.
