Key Responsibilities: Liaising with auditors to ensure the reports are received within required timeframes and meet NDIS rules, regulations, and guidelines.Collaborate with auditors to improve quality of the audit report prior to submission to the Commission ensuring they meet NDIS scheme requirements.Ensure the NDIS Commission portal reflects audit assessment findings from the report.Independent review of the reports and submit them into the NDIS portal.Building strong and effective relationship amongst the team and clients (NDIS Service Providers).Timely responsiveness to stakeholder (NDIS Providers, NDIS Commission) concerns and follow up proactively.Data and statistic collation and monitoring to ensure NDIS timeframes and guidelines are met.Keeping up to the date with the latest Legislation, rules, Guidelines and policies and their changes set by the NDIS Commission on requirements for NDIS Providers.Position Qualifications/Requirements: Tertiary education is preferred.Experience working in similar industry (certification, NDIS, etc.) is preferred.Good understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Registration Groups, etc. is preferred.Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle).Candidate should have good written and spoken English as well as good communication skills.Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent scheduling issues.DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
