Job Description We are seeking an organized and efficient HR Administrator to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will provide professional administrative support to our HR department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new hires Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and policy acknowledgments Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and supportive manner Coordinate training programs, employee events, and other HR initiatives Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and maintaining documentation Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and multitasking skills Experience with HR information systems or databases (preferred) Knowledge of HR policies and procedures (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role Additional Information What we can offer
