Job Description The person we seek will ideally have the following: Personalise communication style to effectively convey learning pathways tailored to individual learner profiles and educational needs. Engage with prospective learners in a consultative manner, understanding their requirements, and aligning them with suitable NSF courses. Provide exceptional customer experience by promptly and courteously responding to inquiries across various platforms. Ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support through timely and accurate management of business inquiries and student databases. Demonstrated proficiency in navigating various electronic systems and databases to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Qualifications Postgraduate or equivalent management qualification or experience relevant to this position. Five years' or more relevant experience preferably in government procurement and program delivery and business development. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing to strict timelines, budgets and resources. Capacity to drive change and establish strong partnerships and networks. High-level management and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with external parties and build strategically aligned relationships. Desirable: Masters or equivalent in an area relevant to this position. Additional Information What we can offer you:
