Your New RoleJoining the Native Title and Resources team as Special Counsel, you will undertake complex, major or urgent legal matters utilising your legal expertise. You will provide expert advice to both external clients as well as staff members within the team.
The team is involved in all aspects of litigation as well as providing advice on native title applications relating to statutory interpretation, risks and consequences as well as Future Act processes.
