The Role: Provide strong leadership and mentoring for workshop supervisors and teams, driving professional development and a culture of collaboration.Oversee the maintenance and servicing of diverse assets, including prime movers, trailers, forklifts, and more.Plan and manage maintenance schedules and requests while working closely with national operations teams.Ensure adherence to NHVAS and WAHVA regulations, contributing to the development of robust safety & Compliance Management Plans.Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance business performance.Conduct audits, monitor outsourced services, and provide insightful weekly and monthly reports.Maintain budget controls for workshop operations and plan cost-effective maintenance solutions.Coordinate the licensing, registration, and insurance of new fleet assets.Based in Laverton North at our Head Office with regular interstate travel to drive consistency and excellence across workshops nationwide.About You: We're looking for a results-driven leader who thrives on challenges and inspires teams to perform at their best.
