National Warranty Administrator

The Opportunity:  As a National Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warrant process.
You will be responsible for managing warranty claims, communicating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and possess excellent communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include: Maximising factory recovery rates and case to claim recovery rates.
Managing Technical Service Information reports.
Liaising with branches, factories and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims are completed within timeframe guidelines.

What we are looking for: Relevant Trade Qualification or equivalent Engineering qualifications would be highly regarded.
Proven ability to apply both professional and technical skills effectively for the purpose of resolving warrant claims timely.
Proven knowledge of heavy equipment within a similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A systems savvy individual with experience in MS Office Suite.
