Brisbane based support office this growing brand has unrivaled career development opportunities.About the role:As the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our visual merchandising standards and strategies across all retail locations. You will lead and inspire a team of field visual merchandisers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store operations teams to create compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.Train and guide regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution and provide feedback and support.Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our visual merchandising remains innovative and relevant.Lead special projects and seasonal rollouts, including new store openings and store refreshes.What's on offer:
