National Towing Specialist Permanent Full Time Location: Remote The opportunity
As the National Towing Specialist, you will work closely with QBE's Motor Claims & Assessing teams, preferred and non-preferred towing suppliers, transportation departments, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective towing services nationwide.
Your new role Monitor operational & supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any non-compliance issues. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including towing companies, insurance teams and government agencies. Work closely with towing operators, repairers, customers, and insurance teams to ensure accurate, cost effective and timely towing services are achieved. Manage claims processes, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company guidelines. Stay informed about the latest towing industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes with the towing and transportation industry. Continuously update and apply knowledge to improve operational practices and ensure compliance with evolving standards. About you Motor claims & assessing insurance experience from lodgement to claim finalised. Strong understanding of towing processes, charges and industry standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks. Familiarity with state towing regulations is an advantage. Proven ability to prepare detailed reports and manage towed claims efficiently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.
