This role can be full-time or part-time, with the potential to progress to full-time. Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong, sustainable relationships with core technology partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.Managing technology partnerships to ensure the effective and timely delivery of outcomes, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.Leading and facilitating change management processes with technology partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.Crafting and executing strategic technology plans, including risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response strategies.Developing and maintaining a detailed technology roadmap that outlines long-term strategic goals, prioritised projects, and future-state technology initiatives.Ensuring that technology solutions and partners are aligned with Avive Health's mission, vision, and operational objectives, driving innovation and efficiency.Evaluating emerging technologies and partnership opportunities, championing innovation to enhance service delivery and patient care.Leading IT operations management, including infrastructure, software development, digital initiatives, and business systems, to ensure high performance and reliability.Implementing and refining IT policies, governance frameworks, and standards that support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry best practices (ITIL, Agile, ISO).Collaborating with senior leadership to anticipate business needs and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Extensive experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a proven track record in managing technology operations and partnerships, ideally gained from a startup or growth-stage organisation.Expertise in developing and managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and commercial value.Experience in strategic planning and implementation, including the creation of technology roadmaps, business continuity plans, and risk management strategies.Proven ability to oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, and digital initiatives, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs.Strong background in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contractual obligations, and tender processes, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.A forward-thinking approach to technology evaluation and adoption, with an ability to drive innovation and maintain future readiness for business challenges.Hands-on experience leading key IT initiatives, such as gap analysis, cybersecurity reviews, audits, and continuous improvement projects.Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, Agile, ISO), with a focus on improving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership, partners, and stakeholders.A customer-centric mindset, always considering the patient and their needs in technology decisions and service delivery.
