In this newly created position, through our exciting expansion, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the company. You'll love seeing the impact of your work as more and more mental health care providers benefit from improving their productivity and decision making.Primary ResponsibilitiesRaise awareness and generate interest for Tacklit through cold calling, networking events, channel partnerships, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers/influencers.You will be on the front lines developing relationships with channel partners. You will exercise good judgement in determining when to manage these relationships on your own and when to pull in support from the founders.Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and pitch Tacklit where appropriate.Achieve or exceed weekly quotas of leads qualified, meetings set, and opportunities created.Become a power user of the Tacklit platform. You will be an expert in the ins and outs of what we provide so you can explain it in simple, concise terms.Manage your activities diligently, keeping on top of our CRM and your communications - you make sure nothing gets missed.Collaborate with the wider Growth team to improve our overall sales processes. You will share ideas on marketing communications, on-site messaging, and customer persona evolution.Help us grow our customer base in Australia as well as break into the American market (east coast).End to end sales and account management.You Bring4+ years of B2B Sales Experience.Ability to leverage on connections within Mental Health and Psychology realm would be highly beneficial but not necessary.Proven track record of previous sales success within SaaS and/or Start-ups.Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective partners.Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our Service Provider programs, identify opportunities and advocate product innovations that will delight our customers.Prospect and close both SMBs and Enterprise level deals.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.Manage sales pipeline efficiently via Airtable.Resilience and audacity. You have no fear in cold calling, can break the ice and build connections effortlessly.High level of enthusiasm and energy. You are a self-starter with a positive mindset and look for solutions to problems as they arise.Relevant experience in customer services and sales type role.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Openness to receiving and implementing feedback.
