YOUR ROLE We are currently seeking a National Technical Support based at our Yatala branch to assist the National Sales team to grow sales, through providing technical support, advice, literature & quotations on products and services to the BSL Sales team & Customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide detailed product and service advice on lifting, rigging and height safety products to help meet customer requirements.Provide quotations and accompanying technical data to ensure the offerings are clear and well presented to both the sales team and the customers.Keep regular contact with manufacturers to assist with sourcing and be aware of product improvement or changes.Provide advice on relevant Australian Standards and/or industry standards within your product scope of expertise.ABOUT YOU To us, it is simple. You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong literacy and numeracy ability. Our team is looking for an exceptional team player who is punctual, reliable and prides themselves on being attentive to detail, but can also work autonomously and within the team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
