Join JLL today in this newly created role as our National Sustainability Manager reporting to our Head of Engineering & Operations. PAM (Property & Asset Management) has built a working environment that surpasses any of our competitors. You will be responsible for developing and managing sustainability programs and being the key contact and SME for clients. The role will also work closely with JLL's Energy and Sustainability Services teams in consulting and operations, to bring thought leadership and innovation opportunities to our teams. The role is a critical part of JLL's ambition to help our clients rapidly improve their environmental and social performance. It is an exciting mix of client engagement, environmental delivery, project management and business development. The role also has strategic element as it will be influential in defining and delivering JLL's expanding range of sustainability services and helping to achieve our corporate Net Zero Carbon targets. Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for: You hold extensive corporate experience, ideally in a real-estate focused sustainability role holding a NABERS Assessor accreditation or experience with the NABERS rating process. Also important is proven capabilities in managing complex client relationships and competing priorities, while delivering cost-effective sustainability solutions. You have excellent analytical and program management skills with a high-level of personal energy and enthusiasm which will drive the PAM team forward. Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you are able to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
