This is a large national business that is offering a long-term position.
Your role as the National Service Manager is to oversee the service operations at a national level. The National Service Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing service delivery, and driving the growth of the business.
Your key responsibilities are:
Establish and implement service goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the company's overall vision. Develop service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all locations. Oversee the national service team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance. Evaluate service operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and rates. Identify trends and customer needs to proactively enhance service offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in service management. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance. TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field. Proven experience in service management, preferably in a national or regional capacity. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of service management best practices. Proficient in using Service Management software (e.g., NetSuite) and other relevant technology platforms. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles. Ability to travel nationally as required to oversee regional service operations and meet with key stakeholders.
