About the role: As the National Security Manager, you will provide comprehensive and holistic management of all facets of our physical security. You will have accountability in that all controls, processes and procedures align to Interactives compliance and customer needs, while managing with a lens that focuses on continued improvement. This role also ties into and compliments the facilities team and will be required to support key supplier relationships associated with and tied to all aspects of physical security.
Some of the key things you'll do: Set physical security policies to conform to physical security best practice, customer needs and Interactives audit requirements.Maintain security SOP to ensure that external guards and contractors are aware of and adhering to relevant policies, training and processes.Ensure all facilities are set up, managed, monitored and are always physically secure and also provide security design input for new builds.Manage and investigate all physical security incidents to minimise the impact on personnel, facilities, and data.Complete relevant audits to satisfy accreditations, legal and customer requirements.Develop and deliver training and educations packages related to Physical Security.What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in Security Management (multiple sites), particularly in complex high-risk environments.Solid project background including all aspects of process development and execution.Technically competent in standard security systems, preferably with experience in Gallagher and Milestone.Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Security Compliance and Governance.Experience in supplier and vendor management associated with facilities and security.Excellent documentation and proposal writing skills.Technical understanding of networks and infrastructure as they relate to security systems (Desirable).Why choose us?
