This European, global medical device company is a reputable market leader in Dialysis Equipment & Device Delivery and Solutions, and they are seeking a Sydney based individual for this newly created, Head of Sales position.
Reporting into a Sydney based, ANZ General Manager, you will enjoy leading this highly specialised commercial team, who are passionate about patient outcomes and thoroughly enjoy the definitive life changing results these products bring to patients.
Your new Head of Sales position will see you with 4 direct reports based in NSW, QLD & VIC and in addition, 3 dotted line reports.
The key drivers for this senior management position are leading and developing the sales team to perform at their highest ability whilst balancing the needs of HCPs and importantly, delivering "value add" to customers & patients alike.
You will have full responsibility in driving sales growth, optimising pricing strategies and will enjoy fostering strong business relationships with key stakeholders. Further responsibilities include overseeing sales operations and leading negotiations at senior level, in a price sensitive market.
It is essential that the successful applicant present with 3+ years National Sales Management experience, ideally, but not essentially, with knowledge / experience within the HD / PD / Renal market space. You will enjoy and have previous experience in working with cross functional internal teams such as marketing, finance and operational teams.
Your tenured NSM experience within the Hospital & Community Clinic space will be well rewarded with a salary-based remuneration package, reflective of your relevant experience.
