National Sales Manager - Occupational Health Location: Flexible (National)

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about sales, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The Role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and driving growth across our fast developing national occupational health services division. You will work closely with the General Manager to identify opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and meet ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Safework Health's goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise strategies.
Represent Safework Health at industry events and conferences.
About You: Proven experience in a sales role ideally within the occupational health sector. 
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety services.
Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
