Our client is seeking an individual who can demonstrate the following qualities: sales and people skills, relationship management, vision, goal orientation, and a proven track record of success.
The candidate must possess good work organization skills, a positive outlook, and attitude.
You MUST have current Freight Forwarding knowledge and currently hold a similar position.
Additionally, you will need to have the ability to meet sales budgets and lead from the front.
You will also have the ability to create and manage sales programs and campaigns, and sell based on value rather than price.
Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to increase profit margins on existing business are essential.
