Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve sales quotas.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Travel interstate as needed.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or manager role within the medical device, consumable, or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2 B environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on building trust with healthcare professionals.
Self-driven and motivated.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
