National Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive growth.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with industry partners and clients.Present and promote the company's services to potential clients with confidence and expertise.Follow up on leads generated from sales and marketing initiatives to maximize conversions.Represent the company at marketing events, seminars, and showcases.Assist in the smooth onboarding of new accounts, ensuring client satisfaction from day one.
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the travel industry is required.In-depth knowledge of travel trends, popular destinations, and customer preferences across India & Sri Lanka.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong ability to build and foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.A true passion for travel, culture, and creating exceptional client experiences.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
The Package:Competitive salary of $85K - $100K + commission + super + car allowance.Travel opportunities, including agent famils and reconnaissance/knowledge-building trips.
This role offers interstate and international travel.Flexibility to work remotely when not on the road (1 office day per month).Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
