We are currently seeking a passionate National Sales Manager (Wholesale Fashion) to lead, support and guide our sales team towards achieving sales and growth objectives through strategic direction, whilst delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms including our showroom, phone, email and in store. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business in managing our amazing sales professionals to drive revenue growth in the wholesale fashion market.
About the role: Lead and motivate the company's sales agency partners, provide support, training and guidance Setting sales goals and targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in Australian market Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansion Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from existing database of E-commerce and physical store retailers Building and maintaining relationships with key customers Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Providing exceptional face to face customer service in the showroom and in store visits Collaborating cross-functionally: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, production, design and operations Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's Provide strategic direction to sales Agencies by outlining short term and long term goals that align with execution of yearly sales plan Analysing market trends and competitors Who are we looking for: In-depth knowledge of the fashion wholesale market, including understanding of industry trends, key players, distribution channels, and customer preferences Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skills Ability to problem solve and navigate through any challenges that arise Passionate about delivering high standards in customer service Possesses excellent communication and people skills Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging opportunities Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers Strong business acumen, including financial literacy, understanding of profit margins, pricing strategies, and cost control measures to maximize profitability and revenue generation Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, such as sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction metrics Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning Be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills You are required to have at least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience What we are offering: A generous clothing allowance and staff discounts You will be part of a vibrant, dynamic and efficient environment.
