We are currently seeking a passionate National Sales Manager (Wholesale Fashion) to lead, support and guide our sales team towards achieving sales and growth objectives through strategic direction, whilst delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms including our showroom, phone, email and in store.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business in managing our amazing sales professionals to drive revenue growth in the wholesale fashion market.
About the role: Lead and motivate the company's sales agency partners, provide support, training and guidanceSetting sales goals and targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in Australian marketIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from existing database of E-commerce and physical store retailersBuilding and maintaining relationships with key customersEnsuring customer satisfaction and retentionProviding exceptional face to face customer service in the showroom and in store visitsCollaborating cross-functionally: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, production, design and operationsMaximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upsellingAchieving set weekly/monthly KPI'sProvide strategic direction to sales Agencies by outlining short term and long term goals that align with execution of yearly sales planAnalysing market trends and competitorsWho are we looking for: In-depth knowledge of the fashion wholesale market, including understanding of industry trends, key players, distribution channels, and customer preferencesPrevious experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skillsAbility to problem solve and navigate through any challenges that arisePassionate about delivering high standards in customer servicePossesses excellent communication and people skillsAbility to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging opportunitiesAbility to build strong, long-term relationships with customersStrong business acumen, including financial literacy, understanding of profit margins, pricing strategies, and cost control measures to maximize profitability and revenue generationResults-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, such as sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction metricsProven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targetsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planningBe self-motivated and able to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skillsYou are required to have at least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experienceWhat we are offering: A generous clothing allowance and staff discountsYou will be part of a vibrant, dynamic and efficient environment.On the job training and development, to keep your skills sharpWork closely with senior management to achieve career goals and personal developmentFlexible working conditionsEasy access to public transport & vibrant lifestyle in Surry Hills #J-18808-Ljbffr
