NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE TRADE FINANCE (AUSTRALIA)

About the RoleOur client is a leading provider of trade finance to the automotive and aligned sectors, whilst serving as a key facilitator in bringing its customers and suppliers together to promote their product offering.As the successful candidate, you could be based in either

WA (Perth) OR Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales - AU, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to Sales Managers to aid in driving sales, member and supplier relationship activities. Key to the success of this role is achieving budgeted sales and expense targets while also driving Automotive and Group organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:Develop and implement national sales strategies and business plans.Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers to achieve sales and service targets.Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Manage multiple distribution channels within the sales network.Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee budget management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.Implement effective reward and recognition programs for the sales team.Qualifications & Experience required:Based in either

Sydney

or

Perth , you will be a strong sales leader with a proven track record in a senior sales management role.You will have a mix of automotive and corporate industry experience such as financial services: insurance, trade finance or banking.Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation and varied stakeholders.Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field (highly desirable).Valid driver's license.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Australian citizen or permanent resident.

On Offer:Permanent full-time role and the salary will range between $160K - $180K + Super + 15% STI (Bonus) structure.Four weeks paid annual leave.Great work culture.
