Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets. Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a dynamic sales team to drive performance and growth. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.
