As National Sales Manager at TRHC, you'll lead a team of six, driving revenue growth and market expansion in the capital equipment sector. This role focuses on strategic sales management, client engagement, and aligning product evolution with business growth targets.
Client Details TRHC Pty Ltd is a wholly Australian-owned company specializing in high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure water blasting solutions. Under the leadership of CEO Ben Stoltz, TRHC has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Metco Industrial in Adelaide in 2017 and ThoroughClean in Brisbane in 2009. Both subsidiaries are renowned for their quality manufacturing and valued partnerships in the Australian pressure washer market. TRHC's commitment to innovation and excellence has solidified its position as a leader in industrial cleaning equipment, offering a comprehensive range of products and services to meet diverse industry needs.
Description Lead and drive the sales team to achieve equipment sales and rental revenue targets, meeting 100% of annual budget goals.Ensure 100% completion of individual KPIs to maintain high performance standards.Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports, tracking sales against budget, with reports due by the first day of each new week.Promote strong inter-branch and departmental collaboration, fostering a positive work environment and reducing conflict.Conduct annual reviews, incorporating regional and branch feedback to assess relationship quality.Represent TRHC professionally, adhering to company objectives, policies, and WH&S compliance standards.Profile Proven experience in capital equipment sales and rental with strong revenue growth achievements.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team."Hunter" mentality, skilled in winning and closing high-value deals in heavy industry.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams, including engineers.Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and cost management in capital equipment.High level of professionalism and adherence to WH&S and QA compliance standards.Job Offer Competitive base salary of $130k - $150k, plus superannuation.Performance-based bonus.Tools of the trade provided to support success in the role.Opportunity to lead a driven team in a growing, Australian-owned company.Career growth potential, with a pathway to leadership in a dynamic industry.Hands-on role with autonomy to drive sales and revenue strategies.Collaborative and supportive work environment.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
