AEH Group has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to drive growth and lead our established sales team.

About the Role:
As the National Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, driving revenue, and enhancing customer relationships across multiple locations.
You'll lead our sales team, optimise sales processes, and ensure high performance in line with AEH Group's vision.
This is an ideal role for someone with extensive experience in agricultural or retail sales, who can blend big-picture thinking with actionable tactics to exceed ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute dynamic, growth-oriented strategies that align with business objectives and adapt to market trends.
Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for a dispersed sales team, recognising top talent and identifying areas for improvement.
Process Optimisation: Refine sales processes to boost efficiency, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and motivate a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and professional growth.
Customer-Centric Approach: Build trust with key clients by understanding their needs, representing their voice within the organisation, and driving responsive, high-quality service.
Market Insights: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies, uncover new opportunities, and maintain industry leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives and create seamless customer experiences.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage the sales budget to optimise resource allocation and maximise ROI across teams and regions.
About You:
Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership within the retail or agricultural sectors, with proven results in sales growth and process improvements.
Leadership Skills: Strong team-building and motivational skills with experience fostering a high-performance environment.
Strategic Mindset: Skilled in data-driven decision-making and tactical execution.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with an ability to pivot as needed.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
