We are seeking a National Sales Coordinator for our Head Office to work with our sales team.
You will form part of a strong dynamic team in an enjoyable and vibrant working environment, reporting to the Wholesale & Sales Divisional Manager.
Key responsibilities will include: Raising purchase orders for monthly stock ordersMaintaining the National Stock List dailyCompleting equipment ID database for each forklift ordered together with branch locationPreparing files with updated information per shipment once stock movement forms are receivedRaising P/O for unloading containers to contractorsGathering relevant freight forwarders invoices ready for pricing shipment by the Wholesale ManagerAssisting in reconciling stock takesLiaising regularly with suppliers for updates on outstanding ordersUpdating delivery reports and ETAs from FactoryObtaining freight (domestic and international) costsPreparing monthly order intake report for Wholesale ManagerPreparing monthly stock holdings forecast report for Wholesale ManagerMonitoring delivered forklifts and chasing up delivery reportsUpdating spreadsheets and checking details are correctAbout you: Strong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approachAbility to communicate professionally and courteouslyIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills)Always looking for continuous improvement ideas for streamlining processesHighly motivated with an extremely strong desire to succeedAbility to build relationships with internal and external customersAccuracy and attention to detail are criticalAbility to set own work priorities with strong time managementAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a can-do approachExcellent written and verbal skillsWhat's on offer: Competitive salary & super5 weeks leave*9-day fortnight or 4 weekly day off (optional)Free on-site parkingProfessional and friendly team within a growing and progressive businessTraining and supportGenuine career growth potentialPlay an integral role in the continuing success of our established companyOpportunity to deal with world-leading brands and the latest technological advancementsStart the conversation with our United Equipment Sales Team and we'll help you find the right equipment for the job.
