What You'll Do: Collaborate with the region's leading builders, developers, and residential clients. Design and sell innovative solar and air conditioning solutions tailored to customer needs. Stay ahead of industry trends and offer creative solutions to exceed customer expectations. What You'll Bring: A technical mindset with the ability to understand both simple and complex systems. A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. Proven experience in Air Conditioning and/or Solar Sales and Design . Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and deliver the best solutions. Outstanding time management and teamwork abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment.
