National Quality Manager - Maintenance & Operations Services Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Gen, Telecommunications, Utilities We have an opportunity for a National Quality Manager to join our corporate HSEQ team on a permanent, full-time basis.
With the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, North Sydney, or Perth, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact across our diverse range of sectors and nationwide operations.
As a National Quality Manager at UGL, you'll take on a highly dynamic role, overseeing quality management for industries as varied as Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Telecommunications, and Utilities.
You'll engage with multiple sites and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement across our services.

Your key objectives will include: Elevating the importance of quality management across UGL's Services Division.
Strategic improvement initiatives focused on our quality systems, performance assessment and reporting.
Supporting senior leaders and site teams to align project delivery with customer expectations.
This role involves collaborating with operational managers to drive proactive planning that ensures customer requirements are met within a robust quality management framework.
You will monitor performance against targets and objectives and identify improvement opportunities for both operational performance and system effectiveness.
You will also conduct regular site visits to complete audits, contribute to tenders, and work with senior management to establish quality systems and procedures for new sites.
Key Responsibilities Drive a culture of governance, assurance, and continual improvement.
Assess and report on system performance and effectiveness of quality systems.
Maintain systems and practices for the continuing certification to the ISO9001 Standard.
Engage with business leaders on all elements of quality performance and trends against set objectives and targets.
About you Extensive experience in a similar quality management role within heavy industry operations and maintenance contracting.
Proven ability to manage quality systems across multiple lines of business and site locations, ideally within Utilities, HVAC, Oil & Gas, Mining Telecommunications and Power Generation.
Adept at analysing and reporting on performance data.
