The Opportunity You will report to the Group General Manager based out of the Dandenong South office.
This role will assist in implementing an integrated product plan for all A&L portfolio product lines.
It will act as the custodian for all activity associated with the development, implementation, commercialisation, and management of those products within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain a product plan for A&L Supports the rollout of products across the 3 A&L sites Understand and manage the product portfolio Assist in coordinating price and margin objectives Participation as a key member of a product development team Product enhancement and value engineering Competitive landscape assessment Customer and Market Engagement Marketing and Sales support Manage team members to achieve required outcomes About You Multi-national, multi-site manufacturing business or similar complex organisational Experience in the building Products or Windows and Doors industry (desirable) Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (desirable) Related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI tools and techniques (desirable) Hold a current unrestricted driver's license Proven leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and develop staff Proven experience managing numerous tasks with fluctuating deadlines What's On Offer Part of A&L Senior Leadership team Permanent full-time role Mon - Fri - NO WEEKENDS Base + Super + Car Work from home options Generous discounts on our extensive range of products Ability to schedule leave every year over the Christmas period.
