The National Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives across a premium office and industrial portfolio.
This role requires a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical skills, knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will drive client strategies surrounding First Nations spend and social impact initiatives, lead the administration of a contract management platform, namely Contract Express, and continuously improve procurement insights through PowerBI dashboard reporting.
Key accountabilities include.
Develop and execute a national procurement strategy aligned with our clients strategy and objectives.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, vendors, and internal teams.
Analyse market trends and conduct regular cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing.
Drive client strategies related to First Nations spend initiatives.
Develop and implement social impact procurement policies and practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for increasing diversity in the supply chain.
Lead the administration and optimization of the Contract Express system.
Streamline contract management processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Develop and maintain comprehensive PowerBI dashboards for procurement insights.
Analyse procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

Strong leadership and communication skills with procurement management experience, preferably within the property and real estate industry.
You hold a proven ability in developing and implementing procurement strategies and hold experience with First Nations spend initiatives and social impact procurement.
Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation, particularly with PowerBI is important with strong reporting skills.
CIPS or equivalent professional certification preferred.
