Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Partnership and Growth Manager to lead our partnerships and growth initiatives in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, foster strong partnerships, and enhance our reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a national partnerships and growth strategy to achieve business objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and industry partnersLead cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and projectsAnalyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisionsDevelop and manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics to measure successEnsure compliance with NDIS regulations, policies, and proceduresRequirements:Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health or social services sectorProven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies and partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamUnderstanding of the NDIS and the disability sectorDesirable:Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience working with people with disabilities or in the health and social services sectorKnowledge of Queensland's disability services marketWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a leading organisation in the NDISCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsHow to Apply:
