What You Will Be Doing Ensuring personal and partner safety at all times.
Supporting our growing customer base by accurately interpreting complicated parts enquiries and managing these queries through ERP software.
Creating detailed parts quotations and/or related detailed customer feedback communication whilst assisting with emergency orders when required according to priority rating.
Providing support to other TBE parts teams across Australia.
Constructively contributing to business improvements by updating systems and participating in new system learning.
The Person We Are Looking For Will Have Experience in the heavy machinery industry or a related trade.
Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail.
Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
Self-motivation and a team-oriented mindset.
A willingness to learn new systems and suggest process improvements.
