National Mental Health and Wellbeing ManagerLocation: Based in Brisbane, working from home and at Axis' Head Office

We are looking for an engaging and strategic National Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager to manage our Psychology clinical services and develop our national presence as a leading workplace health and wellbeing provider.
Axis' Psychology service is delivered by amazing clinicians across a diverse range of applied psychology interventions throughout Australia.
Service offerings include early intervention (via telehealth and onsite clinics), pain management, occupational rehabilitation, and consultancy.
The successful individual will be responsible for driving strategic growth through fostering and managing great relationships with new and existing corporate customers and working collaboratively with our psychology team.

In this role you will: Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of Psychology services at Axis, including the opportunity to contribute to our Mental Health Advisory Board.Lead operational duties to ensure effective delivery of Axis' Psychology services (resourcing management, customer project management).Participate in business development and account management, including managing national accounts & attracting new clients to the organisation.Provide ongoing mentoring, development, and support to your leads including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.Coordinate with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, training, and retention.Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement.You will bring the following: Proven experience leading a team of clinicians including people management and high-quality clinical service delivery.Minimum 5 years' experience as a Psychologist - ideally with exposure to workplace wellbeing, health promotion, or return to work management.Ability to view issues and problems from the perspectives of the business and the customer.A strategic mindset and an active and agile driver of change.Accredited Psychology qualification and AHPRA registration.Why work for Axis?
