Despite being one of the smaller operations in the industry, this business boasts a leading reputation, with quality premium and quality product, strong brand advocacy and a solid and loyal footprint across its sales network. Committed to sustaining their upward momentum in the Australian building supplies network, they are seeking a dynamic leader to take the brand to new heights across both digital and traditional touchpoints. Inheriting a lean and passionate team, the National Marketing Manager will lead the charge in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy. With a focus on building the brand through engaging content and social media initiatives, the National Marketing Manager can also expect to own traditional facets of marketing too, in particular across communication, PR and events, ensuring a holistic and impactful approach to campaigns. Further responsibilities of the National Marketing Manager will be: Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead social media campaigns, manage digital advertising, and drive SEO/SEM initiatives to maximize online presence and conversions.Content Marketing: Develop a content calendar, designing and managing compelling content for multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, email, and website.Event Marketing: Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and networking events to showcase the brand and products.Public Relations: Manage PR initiatives, media relations, and press releases to enhance brand reputation and visibility.Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dynamic marketing team, ensuring collaboration and excellence in execution.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to inform and optimise strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. It is imperative that the National Marketing Manager possess prior experience managing and inspiring small teams, as well as have experience in a related field.
