National Manager, Indigenous Strategy and Operations Australian Catholic University – North Sydney NSW 13 days ago, from Australian Catholic University Job No: APTAV128680#003 Provide strategic policy advice and lead key initiatives that promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success Full-time, continuing role, which may be based at any campus, with flexible working conditions Opportunity available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates only About the role: Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous), as the National Manager, Indigenous Strategy and Operations, you'll contribute significantly to the strategic and operational planning activities of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and First Peoples Directorate, ensuring the development and review of priorities and resources align with the university's strategic direction. You'll also oversee the administrative and reporting functions of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous) to ensure the seamless management of financial and human resources. Key to your success will be your ability to lead and inspire teams and successfully deliver/manage complex projects and comprehensive reporting across wide-ranging stakeholder relationships. You will identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to enable an informed approach to strategy and policy development and effectively manage teams, driving performance and achieving organisational goals. Total remuneration valued from $171,428 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $145,047 (pro rata) pa (HEW 10), employer contribution to superannuation, and annual leave loading. A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
