Company: Is a finance company who specialise in Commercial equipment finance, providing Equipment leases and Chattel mortgages through a national network of commercial finance brokers.
They typically finance Trucks, trailers, construction machinery under $250,000 for SME customers.
The Bank has acquired them to establish a new business vertical and the improved cost of funds, of the bank, provides the opportunity to significantly scale up.

Opportunity: If you are well known to the network of Commercial Asset Finance Brokers around Australia, and looking to take a strategic leadership role, you need to talk to us about this key new role.

Role: With access to a massively increased balance sheet, and appetite to grow, this role will preside over the next expansion phase of the business. Including ownership for the strategic direction taken to attack for a bigger share of the Commercial Asset Finance, Broker market.
This role will be looking to:
Expand the national sales team Expand the Commercial Broker and Aggregator relationships Refine the product offering to deliver a USP over other players in the market This is a broad role, that will not only manage (and grow) the Sales team, but it will require someone that has an organised approach to make sure the product ties into pricing and operations, so to deliver a premier solution to the broker market.
This is a role for a business builder, who is well known by the Commercial Broker network.
