Engage deeply with senior decision-makers, forging lasting connections and securing high-value, long-term, repeatable sales.About YouA well-presented, articulate communicator with outstanding negotiation and leadership skills.Proven sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.Known and with a network in the Australian cattle/sheep/agriculture industry.Strong client presentation delivery and demonstration skills.Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs.Proven account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Renewing contracts for ongoing sales.Representing the company as a brand ambassador at industry and client events.Hands-on, customer-facing role to establish productive and professional relationships with customers.Partner with senior staff to ensure customer needs are understood and expectations are aligned with delivery capacity.Present product development opportunities inspired by client feedback or market insights that could benefit multiple customers.Achieve monthly sales targets.Desirable Experience and SkillsPrevious experience in managing large key accounts and winning new customers/projects in the agriculture industry.Strong industry knowledge, specifically within livestock.We have an agile approach to all aspects of Farmbot's product development and operations, and we look to all team members to provide input and ideas to continually improve every aspect of the business.
