This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and mentor 5 state OHS BP's and apply your experience in the design, development and implemention of the SMS. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and empower a team of five Health and Safety Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Develop and implement health and safety policies and programs tailored to the Australian rail sector.Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses. Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation strategies and controls.Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead investigations of workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Develop corrective actions and compile detailed incident reports.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and industry standards.
