About the role
Newly created full-time fixed-term contract role until June 2026. Based in Milton, QLD, North Ryde, NSW, or Parkville, VIC with hybrid working. Reporting directly to the General Manager People and Culture Operations, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the design and development of the National D&I Strategy, including management of the inaugural D&I survey, results analysis, and consultation with internal stakeholders and external subject matter experts on future D&I targets and initiatives.
Establishing and chairing an organisational D&I consultative committee, providing a platform for employee engagement and embedding D&I across the organisation.
Monitoring and reporting on progress towards D&I goals, incorporating interdepartmental initiatives such as the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Collaborating with the Organisational Development and People & Culture teams to ensure D&I principles are embedded in our policies, processes, and learning activities.
Advising on inclusive communications, data collection, and the development of new D&I policies and programs.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent
5+ years' experience working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Embraces individual and cultural differences through genuine, courteous behaviours
Demonstrates inclusive behaviour; listens, values, and acknowledges others
Creates a culture of trust and accountability, communicates vision, direction, and purpose
Establishes accountability for the execution of quality results
Gathers appropriate parties to stimulate ideas and innovation through collaborative ways of working and problem solving
