We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Administration Officer to join our Residential Sales team. Based in our state office in Rochedale, you will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries and provide support for internal sales representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE ROLE... Liaising directly with Builders over phone, email and face to face meetingsSupporting the sales force with general administrative duties to help reach the team's objectivesKeep accurate client and job recordsData entry and database maintenanceRelationship management with both customers and suppliersMaintain internal team relationshipsOrder management – maintaining accurate delivery dates and stock allocationsLiaising with internal divisions such as procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure projects run smoothlyProblem solving any on site issues that may arise and achieving timely resolutionsREQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE...
