We are looking for a strategic & engaging National Business Development Manager to identify, pursue and execute new business opportunities. You will be leading these opportunities with ambition, a strategic mindset and a thorough understanding of Axis' evidence-based services delivered by our amazing clinicians every day across the country. Driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better, you will be collaborating with organisations to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of their workforce.
In this role you will: Drive business development and account management activities, including managing national accounts & attracting new clients to the organisation Participate in strategic conversations with Axis's leadership team and Executive to establish future strategic business development initiatives Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders, along with negotiating existing contracts and agreements Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, needs, and potential markets Deliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvement Contribute to Axis' strategy and development as an active member of the Axis' leadership team Espouse the Axis Values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated You will bring the following: A successful track record of driving business development in a growing business Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales in a business-to-business healthcare environment Tertiary degree in either Business, Physiotherapy, Psychology or related field A strategic mindset and an active + agile driver of change Experience in Allied Health or Occupational Health services (desirable but not essential!)
