As National BDM – Arctic Store, you'll report to the Country Manager and drive business growth and customer experience across Australia:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the National ArcticStore plan, working closely with Regional Managers Exceed rental targets and focus on market expansion and servicing of existing large client base Manage fleet acquisition of new equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and repair Drive National and Key Account pitches to target industries with support from global marketing Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. We are committed to ISO Quality and Environmental standards. Demonstrated success in senior B2B Business Development/Account & Relationship management roles, ideally in refrigeration or container industries Communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusted relationships Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Collaborative approach with experience in operational planning Analytical mindset to identify business opportunities and measure progress About us TITAN is a global player and perhaps the largest privately-owned company supplying shipping and storage containers for a range of applications including refrigeration, storage, transport, and events.
