About the teamLogistics delivers.
Our team supports one of the largest supply chain and distribution networks in Australia.
We work collaboratively with our transport partners around the country to get stock where it needs to be on time, every time.
About the roleYou will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan for a portfolio within Coles Collect.
This includes leading a team of Account Managers and working to further develop our sales strategy and customer value proposition.
You'll also:
Drive the acquisition of large strategic national customers to drive sales and margin growth as well as market shareBe a key point of contact for our existing blue chip suppliers to ensure retention and increased growthBuild a high performing sales team through coaching and development of Account Managers and leverage new and innovative ways to engage and motivate.Drive best practice sales process across the teamIdentify new market opportunities based on research and market knowledgeAbout you and your skillsYou will have proven experience and success in leading a high performing sales function as well as having experience in the acquisition and management of large strategic customer accounts.Experience in the transport or supply chain industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
You'll also have:
