The opportunity: Masterpet have an extremely rare opportunity for a data savvy National Account Manager with strong relationship influencing skills and a can-do attitude to join the team and make a real impact.
In this role you will be responsible to develop and execute strategies that deliver sustainable sales and share growth for VitaPet within both new and existing Grocery accounts as well as achieve all KRAs and KPIs.
You will also work collaboratively both internally and externally, to improve Masterpet's understanding of our customers and their categories.
As such your ability to interact and build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, will be key to your success.

You will also be able to apply your Grocery experience and creativity to help make improvements across existing and new customers and make your mark.
What you will do : Drive the Masterpet Australia (MPAU) sales strategy within the assigned account portfolio: Grow and develop strategic account plans that are aligned with broader business strategies, objectives, and internal perspectives; Drive a clear joint business strategy within your account portfolio; Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in identified national and key accounts; Grow & develop competency base of account management toolkits, techniques, and skills.
What we are looking for: Experience working within a Grocery account management role essential; Budgeting and commercial acumen (you understand the numbers); Comfortable with sales and category reporting, insights, and analysis; Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - specifically excel, teams and PowerPoint, plus ability to quickly learn internal systems; High level of self-motivation and results focused; Strong planning and organisational skills.
