Rentokil Initial (the world's largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a National Accounts Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team. Your role will include (but not be limited to): Managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channelDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goalsMeeting with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing dealsNetworking with key customers to identify and address specific needsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term successActing as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are metIdentifying and attracting prospective strategic customersEnsuring consistency across sites and divisions scopeNegotiating contractsCollecting and analyzing sales data and trendsMaintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standardsLiaising with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customersStaying up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggesting new ways to increase salesTo be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industryExperience in B2B sales and cold callingOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of direct selling cultureHigh-level commercial and negotiation skillsProven ability to achieve sales targetsMinimum of 2 years of National Account Management experienceThe successful candidate may be required to complete a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
