We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join our National Customer team. This role is available on a full time, permanent basis and will be based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working options available.

A day in the life..
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationship with one of Australia's leading retailers. You'll be the driving force behind our sales growth, developing strategies, and executing plans to ensure our products reach every shelf and our brand remains at the top of customers' minds. In this role you will:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Negotiate and secure favourable contracts, promotions, and placement for our products.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What you will need from Day One..
• Proven track record of success as a National Account Manager ideally managing national accounts.
• Demonstrated exposure to senior level account negotiations.
• Evidence of budget control, forecasting & financial expertise.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
