National Account Manager

Our client is a Tier 1 agriculture business with a range of branded and private label products across varied categories. An opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to manage the Coles portfolio!

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against company and customer targets whilst gaining market share in a growing category. They have exciting plans over the next few years which will lead to bigger career opportunities for people joining them at this time. This business is a growing part of a tier one manufacturer with a reputable name in the industry!

The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
Develop excellent relationships with key senior contacts.Build excellent relationships with your key stakeholders within Grocery accounts.Work closely with your internal operations, marketing, and account teams.Maintain a team-first mentality whilst looking to positively influence the culture whenever possible.Your Background: Experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Executive within an FMCG environment; experience managing Coles is preferred.Proven experience developing and executing short and long-term retail strategies.Experience working within protein or dairy is preferred.Analytical problem solver with determination to deliver.Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills.What's on Offer?
