National Account Manager - Distributors and Wholesalers Job Description: This National Account Manager, or as we would call you, Customer Development Lead, is pivotal in developing and managing the relationship with a key customer in the Specialist Petcare Channel. You'll develop and implement joint business initiatives to drive brand and category growth. Ultimately this role will help drive our purpose of a Better World for Pets (and of course, their loving pet parents!).
As an experienced and capable account management professional, our ideal candidate will use their in-depth knowledge and understanding of account management principles and priorities to champion the acceleration of their accounts business. Curious, agile, tenacious, and commercially driven – they will couple their skills and agility with an ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others to unlock the potential with mutual outcomes. Ultimately, this role will manage the partnerships between Mars and the Specialist Channel Small Corporate's, Independent Retailers, Wholesalers and Distributors.
