We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a Business Partner for the NAPAC hub with advice, analysis, and strategy for reporting, planning and throughout the Business Plan/Forecasting process.Support operation with current Business Development partners and new BD projects.Support NAPAC GM, CFO and other lead team members on strategic projects and operational / governance duties.Proactively carry out value-added analysis on financial and operational data as well as competitive insights, supporting and testing information provided by global, regional and local teams internally and externally.Prepare effective and high-quality presentations to illustrate the findings and recommendations as well as documentation of analysis completed and job aides where appropriate.Build strong relationships with the hub business teams to provide effective support.Coordinate closely with pricing and access team, business analytics team, and marketing team across the hub to perform analysis and provide recommendations.Assist regional affiliates in planning and execution of operational strategies to ensure effective governance, enhance profitability and improve process efficiency, and identify / pull-through simplification initiatives across the hub.Identify and drive best practices and implement business process improvements, support business improvement opportunities and ad hoc projects as they arise.KEY COMPETENCIES & SELECTION CRITERIADegree in Business/Commerce/Accounting (MBA preferred)Minimum 2 years' experience in financial analysis, consulting, or other data scienceExcellent teamwork and ability to work proactively with a sense of urgencyExcel in cross-functional collaboration, leading without authority and ability to influence cross functions/culturesStrong Learning Agility: Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environmentSuperior analytical, planning and organizing skills.Continuous learning and improvement mindsetMust be able to inspire and engage diverse group of people across multiple stakeholders by being able to simplify complexityDesire and ability to think strategically about the business and identify opportunities to add value to current processes and structuresDetail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and a high level of initiativeAbility to effectively navigate change and work under stress, independently while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong problem-solving skills, and planning/organizational skills – with ability to prioritizeProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, databases, MS Office, SAP (preferred)Excellent presentation, reporting and communication/interpersonal skillsHigh business acumen, understanding of financial concepts and enterprise mindset – recognition that maximizing the outcome for the local business might sometimes differ from the best decision for the broader company, shareholders and patients globally.
